Position Summary...
As a Senior Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, you will be crucial to the day-to-day business of the Global Ethics and Compliance team. You’ll play a key role in facilitating communications, managing schedules, and organizing critical information. We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to be based out of our Bentonville, AR campus. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively prioritize, and take initiative.
What you'll do...
What you’ll do…
- Demonstrating a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently with independent judgment.
- Establishing and fostering effective relationships with all levels of internal and external partners. This position will require coordination with teams of senior leadership within Global Governance and across the business.
- Handling large amounts of information from various stakeholders in a timely and sensitive manner.
- Planning, managing, and executing large scale events and meetings, including editing/creating slide decks, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and running conference lines or webinar/video conferences.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, both domestic and international (flights, hotel, train and car service, etc.).
- Preparing/submitting expense reports as needed through Concur system and assisting with processing POs and invoices from external vendors.
- Balancing multiple projects in support of numerous team members both domestic and internationally.
- Solving problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Team building: help with direct report team building events/activities.
- Culture building: help with broader organization culture building (e.g., holiday fun, anniversary recognition, etc.).

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$95,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
