About the Team
As the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Sam’s Club, you will be responsible for leading all Talent Acquisition for the Sam’s Club organization. This is a critical, highly visible, impactful leadership role responsible for ensuring that the organization has the right talent to achieve the business strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the Sam’s Club overall talent strategy and drive impactful talent initiatives.
What you’ll do…
- Design, develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to bring the best talent to Sam’s Club, focusing on external and internal talent.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the business to ensure TA strategies are aligned to enable business success.
- Build a high performing team of world-class talent acquisition professionals.
- Work collaboratively across a broad set of business partners and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing the right outcomes for the business.
- Drive a world class recruiting process, balancing quality, efficiency, and experience, to delight hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide market insights to address talent gaps and develop solutions

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
