Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are looking for a customer-focused product leader to drive the strategy and execution for Omni Verticals at Walmart. This role is pivotal in helping customers discover the best of Walmart across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to create seamless, end-to-end customer journeys that begin digitally and conclude in our stores, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for Omni Verticals and the Omni Platform, ensuring alignment with Walmart's overarching objectives and vision.


  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and deliver impactful product features and improvements.

  • Customer Journey Optimization: Focus on driving engagement and conversion by integrating digital and physical touchpoints seamlessly.


  • Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage data insights and emerging market trends to enhance app experiences and continuously improve the Omni customer journey.


  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.


  • Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with Marketplace, Marketing, and Merchant teams to optimize engagement and amplify the Omni-channel experience.


  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to shape product strategies effectively.


  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to align product initiatives with broader business goals.

  • Omni-Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of eCommerce, marketplaces, and industry best practices, with experience in integrating online and offline customer experiences.


  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data to uncover insights and make informed product decisions.


  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams.


  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for creating innovative and delightful customer experiences.


  • Agility: Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00-$416,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10424:The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 15 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
