Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Early Careers recruiting team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating recruitment activities, providing data-driven insights and reporting, managing campus relations, and engaging with key stakeholders. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Recruiting Coordination:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Insights:
Generate, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior leadership.
Utilize data to identify trends, measure recruitment effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data analysis and feedback.
Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting tools.
Campus Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Plan and execute campus recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
Collaborate with academic institutions to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
Manage on-campus interview schedules and coordinate company presentations.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition team and internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior executives.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with overall business goals.
Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar role. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing actionable insights. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel to various campuses and events as needed. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in campus recruitment and building relationships with academic institutions. Knowledge of talent acquisition marketing strategies. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
