About the Position

Join our dynamic recruitment team as a Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive recruitment processes. This position involves coordinating search kick-offs, managing candidate interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. With a focus on detail-oriented project management and effective communication, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities include...

  • Search Kick-off & Coordination:
    • Schedule initial and recurring touch base calls for searches.
    • Publish postings for VP-level roles in Workday.


  • Interviewing & Assessment:
    • Coordinate NDA signing, candidate scheduling, and interview logistics.
    • Attend update calls, manage feedback, and schedule assessments.
    • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates.


  • Offers & Onboarding:
    • Prepare and send offer documents.
    • Initiate background checks, drug screens, and relocations.
    • Coordinate onboarding and register new hires for orientation.


  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
    • Manage legal reviews and agreements with search firms.
    • Process invoicing and participate in global talent events.
    • Create process documentation and training materials.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
