As member of the Global Marketplace eCommerce Compliance team, you will support the monitoring of regulatory obligations relating to eCommerce marketplace sellers.
The position is responsible for reviewing reports of seller conduct, conducting monitoring/QA for accuracy, analyzing seller data, and identifying policies and procedures where updates may be needed to keep up with an evolving regulatory and business environment. This role will partner with various teams including eCommerce Compliance, Policy Governance, Operations, Legal, Global Investigations, and Product.

An ideal candidate is highly customer focused and is a detail-oriented, self-starter. We are looking for a cross-functional, team player to support and assist in seller compliance monitoring that operates with a sense of urgency, is comfortable working in a dynamic online environment with shifting business needs and changing requirements.
What you'll do...
• Monitor site and ensure seller compliance with established polices and guidelines
• Triage internal and external reports regarding seller behavior, identify proper Walmart teams to refer submissions for further review and action
• Monitor reports for trends or developing risks in seller behavior, this may include analysis of seller data reports
• Conduct monitoring/QA for compliance program execution
• Support in process documentation, report generation, or coordinating implementation of polices, processes or workflows
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field OR 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in security, investigations, operational management, compliance, legal, privacy, or related field.
• Experience with eCommerce, retail and customer service, compliance, or content review/moderation
• Experience with vendor, seller, or supplier management
• Experience in excel and data analysis • Strong attention to detail • Problem solving
• Trouble shooting
• Investigative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at a variety of levels
• Resourceful and intellectually curious mentality, not afraid to dig into issues or projects
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and Salesforce • High degree of initiative and deadline oriented
• Experience working with teams in different time zones and cultures

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
