What You Will Do

• Provide clear, reliable, and actionable metrics that help guide business decisions and measure success
• Detect fraud-related activities and thoughtfully action ahead of business impact
• Support collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive process-improving initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Process high volumes of requests quickly and accurately, ensuring completion within expected timelines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations or related Business field and 2 years' experience in Operations, Data Analysis and/or Project Management or 4 years' experience in Operations, Data Analysis and/or Project Management
• Ability to translate business pain-points into actionable initiatives, backed-up by data-driven metrics
• Some experience with Operational best practices and an outstanding ability to both work collaboratively and independently, always ensuring effective communication
