What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance and coordination to the Walmart Connect team located in the Chicago office. You will act as a liaison between Walmart and WeWork office management, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between the two entities. In this role, you will be expected to offer support to the Walmart Connect executive office as needed, taking on various projects and tasks. This may involve conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports to aid in decision-making processes.

The right candidate will define, drive and deliver effective business strategies to ensure the organization remains competitive, efficient, focused and energized. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Chicago WeWork office space by being the primary relationship lead for both WeWork and Walmart Connect associates, and ensuring:
    • Track associates tied to WMC Chicago and update email and slack distribution accordingly
    • Track and manage Workspace licenses
    • Track the WeWork credit budget to ensure we stay within budget or voice utilization/demand needs
    • Manage all onsite activities for Chicago Associates inclusive of AES events, business event planning, ordering meals, etc.
    • Support Leadership business travel to Chicago with any conference room bookings and any additional support
  • Coordinate the rental of real estate spaces for larger meetings and events:
    • Working with all teams to determine required dates and necessary documentation for efficient event planning.
    • Sending calendar holds to Chicago associates for event space availability. - Managing contract approvals and signatures via Coupa.
    • Collaborating with finance to ensure timely payment to WeWork.
    • Managing reservations for conference rooms within the event space.
  • Supporting key leadership meetings and events:
    • Organizing administrative logistics for Walmart Connect Townhall meetings in the Chicago office, as well as other offices as needed.
    • Collaborating with leadership to organize, maintain, and run the content for quarterly Chicago Townhall meetings.
    • Assisting with recognition programs.
    • Developing content and summarizing findings in executive-level presentations and presenting or co-presenting to a senior audience.
  • Communication and relationship management:
    • Informing associates about associate engagement events and reserved dates for the event space.
    • Demonstrating strong PowerPoint presentation and template building skills.
    • Assisting with AES initiatives under the Chief of Staff team. Strong power point presentations and template building skills
  • Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence.
  • Exemplify core values and be a cultural add to the day-to-day business, people person.
  • Keep up with moving priorities, projects, and technology by dealing with changes and ambiguity in process updates or the work environment.
  • Be game to take on anything else fun that comes up.

Preferred Qualifications....

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, or related field
  • 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • Organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to think and act creatively, championing and promoting new ideas that contribute to the goals of the department and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities and relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization's objectives and willingness.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter who is eager and effective at solving problems.
  • High energy and teamwork mentality a must.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $66,000.00-$121,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
