Senior Analyst, Specialty Ethics and Compliance – Licensing Renewals
Location: Bentonville, AR

Join the Licenses & Permits Compliance team to support the licensing for the world’s largest retailer! This Senior Analyst has renewal responsibilities on a large team with high-volume work product. This role reports to a Licensing Compliance Senior Manager and interacts with business leaders, other compliance functions, third-party partners, and government offices.

What you’ll do:
⦁ Renew licenses for US business: research renewal requirements, draft license applications, manage payments, submit to agency for processing, problem solve issues as they arise, provide licenses to the facilities, and document steps in systems.

⦁ Handle complex license renewals for the US business
⦁ Complete Responsible Person changes when a facility associate is disclosed on a license application (coordinates personal data collection and signatures)
⦁ Complete processes according to standard procedures, provide guidance on developing additional procedures, identify opportunities for efficiency and automation, and utilize data to determine risk and priorities
⦁ Communicate with agencies, internal stakeholders, and business on license status

⦁ Experience with large volume operations, including strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
⦁ High level of attention to detail

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
