The Business Development Representative's role will support Walmart Commerce Technologies' team by generating outbound communication to prospects and qualify leads for the Sales team.

- Generating outbound leads through cold email campaigns and existing account relationships.
- Becoming a product expert to qualify prospects through personalized interaction.
- Staying organized, tracking daily activity, and recording account updates in our CRM.
- Working directly with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure team success.
- Representing the products and values of our company and team to the external market in professional and accurate form.
- Transitioning new leads to Sales team ensuring effective, clear and accurate handover of client needs and prospect status.
- Providing regular reporting on progress including new leads, Conversion of leads, etc.
- Working towards delivering company goals for leads generation and sales highlighting risks and or issues with meeting targets as early as identified.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS companies
- Experience working in lead generation
- A disciplined approach regarding the use of CRM database (SFDC)
- Experience in a team-based selling environment
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bonus: Knowledge of the retail technology industry

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
