What you’ll do:
- Ensures workplace safety by enforcing proper use of safety equipment, maintaining clean and hazard-free work areas, and requesting necessary materials and repairs.
- Manages daily production operations, including planning work schedules, monitoring processes for quality and effectiveness, inspecting materials/products/equipment, assisting with production sequence planning to meet goals and provide excellent customer service, addressing associate performance concerns, and analyzing departmental reports.
- Fosters a continuous improvement (Lean) culture by documenting and implementing new and improved processes, participating in new hire and ongoing training, and providing guidance on waste control, quality management, and process effectiveness.

- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability and measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting adaptability and continuous learning.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and ensuring diversity awareness.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ supervisory experience in a related environment (for example, logistics / supply chain, dairy plant, food processing, manufacturing).
- 2+ years’ experience in clerical-related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) and computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, food science or related area.
- Nice to have: 3+ years' supervisory experience in a dairy plant, food processing or manufacturing environment.
- Nice to have: 3+ years' packaging experience within a related environment (for example, dairy production, food processing, manufacturing).

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
