Your role will encompass leading expansive, cross-disciplinary projects within a multifaceted environment. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in navigating complex technical challenges while maintaining a strong alignment with customer experience and overarching business objectives. As a pivotal figure, you will collaborate with teams employing cutting-edge technologies, including big data, machine learning, AI/generative AI, and real-time analytics. Your responsibility will be to serve as the essential bridge among business, engineering, and product divisions, ensuring the smooth integration and adoption of customer-focused digital identity solutions and processes throughout our organization.

- You have a solid track record in delivering large-scale customer identity solutions, deep understanding of high-volume data flows, and a customer-centric approach that's guided by data-driven decision-making.
- You have strong technical knowledge, enabling you to understand detailed technical designs, lead discussions on technical trade-offs, and assess various solution options effectively.
- You possess exceptional leadership skills that span across boundaries, coupled with a demonstrated passion for tackling complex issues and the ability to foster structure and rhythm in diverse environments.
- You have proven capability to influence and achieve consensus through effective stakeholder management, along with a commitment to a test-and-learn approach and understanding of omni-channel complexities.
- You have demonstrated a good understanding of customer privacy regulations, compliance, data stewardship, and governance.
What you'll do...
- Lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of CDI programs, ensuring alignment between CDI roadmap and cross-functional dependencies and business goals.
- Implement and lead metrics-driven program management using OKRs, KPIs, and SLOs, while monitoring progress, tracking dependencies, and addressing risks and alignment issues.
- Stay informed on innovations, trends, and emerging technologies in the digital identity space, integrating relevant advancements into our offerings.
- Champion process enhancements to boost oversight, awareness, impact, and adoption, while improving quality and efficiency through collaboration with stakeholders.
What you'll bring...
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the digital identity domain.
- Strong expertise in modern identity management systems, architectures, and technologies (e.g., SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Federation).

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Sunnyvale, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
