Join Our Team as a Manager of Workforce Management!
Are you ready to lead and innovate in workforce management? We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Manager of Workforce Management to ensure our clubs are perfectly staffed and running smoothly.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, forecasting labor needs, scheduling staff, and optimizing staffing levels. You'll leverage data analytics to predict labor requirements, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance our processes.
By continuously evaluating the competitive landscape and developing actionable solutions, you'll drive the strategy and innovation necessary to improve user experiences. You'll ensure clubs have the right labor in place, facilitating smooth operations and high productivity. You'll also manage labor costs effectively, ensuring the company's success through careful budget planning and cost control.

What you'll do...
- Data Management & Analytics:
- Lead the collection, validation, and assessment of data to ensure accuracy.
- Apply advanced analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support project objectives.
- Utilize big data analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize workforce management.
- Trend Identification & Recommendations:
- Analyze historical and current data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future labor demands.
- Present data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Development & Evaluation:
- Manage the development of business tools and statistical models.
- Design and build data infrastructure and reporting tools.
- Understand complex business needs and scope of work.
- Pilot Solutions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and evaluate pilot solutions.
- Translate data and results into actionable initiatives.
- Financial Responsibility:
- Manage labor costs through careful budget planning and cost control.
- Ensure financial efficiency in workforce management.
- Project Execution:
- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
- Remove barriers and provide resources to ensure success.

- Proven experience in workforce management, strategic planning, and innovation.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data management and statistical modeling.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Leadership experience with a focus on associate development and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting information and gaining strategic alignment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
