Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart's data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empowers merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business.
We are seeking a customer-centric, analytical, and highly motivated research professional to join our Research Team. The Research Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and clients delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and successful product use. You will serve as the primary point of contact with clients for our proprietary Customer Perception primary research product- focused on understanding business challenges, addressing questions, resolving issues, and serving as a trusted advisor.

What you'll do...
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Customer Perception product and services, including competitive marketplace offerings, to identify and propose potential opportunities to internal business partners and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a product ambassador, developing new and enhancing existing materials for use in educating business partners on the use and benefits of our product.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts, help them with issues, consult on research needs, support annual research planning and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Lead and/or support internal and external training programs (i.e., courses, webinars etc.)
- Proactively identify product updates that reflect user requests, industry, market, and competitive trends.
- Manage end-to-end research projects from proposal creation to questionnaire design, self-serve programming and fieldwork management with support and oversight from Senior Manager.
- Manage and foster positive ongoing relationships with key contacts (decision makers) across the organization, engaging regularly to facilitate adoption and engagement in product for pertinent use cases.
- Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal and account growth.

- Highly motivated, self-directed, solutions-oriented and possess a driven personality capability of working within tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
- Passionate about market research, consumer insights, technology, and marketing
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of market research experience in a client facing role
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools desirable.
- Familiarity with online data collection tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Decipher, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
