About the Creative Marketing Team at Sam's Club
We're looking for a meticulous and dedicated Production Manager who can ensure our creative projects are executed flawlessly. Your role will be to oversee the production process, ensuring that all work is accounted for and delivered on time. You will work closely with the creative team to foster projects from start to finish, focusing on the execution rather than the strategy. You will report to a Sr. Project Manager and be on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas at the Sam's Club Home Office.

What you'll do...

  • Oversee Production: Manage the production process, ensuring all work is accounted for and delivered on time.
  • Timeline Ownership: Be the owner of the project timeline, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with the creative team to foster projects from start to finish.
  • Project Management Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Project Manager to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Documentation and Updates: Oversee and update documentation and artifacts related to the production process.

What you'll bring:

  • Production Management Experience: Proven experience as a Production Manager, preferably in digital media, product, real estate, or print and signage.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of production are accounted for.
  • Timeline Management: Strong ability to manage and adhere to project timelines.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with the creative team and project managers.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.










Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in business, video production, film, broadcast journalism, mass communications and 2 years' experience in broadcasting, video production or related field, including 1 year's experience as a video producer with client or project management experience OR 4 years' experience in broadcasting, video production or related field, including 1 year as a video producer with client or project management experience.
