Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals and objectives.
- Manage process improvement programs, identifying improvement needs and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies.
- Oversee global projects, identifying areas of opportunity and understanding global trends that affect the business.
- Conduct modeling and statistical analyses to develop strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of change initiative projects to achieve desired results.
- Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Requirements:

- Preferred but not a must: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a similar field.
- Experience in Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) with spare parts management and procurement for industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, floor scrubbers, electric carts, or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Previous experience in maintenance.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on servant leadership.
- Ability to embrace change and demonstrate resilience in the face of setbacks.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to use data, analytics, and customer insights to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
