Position Summary...

We have rewarding opportunities for Last Mile Delivery (LMD) roles within our organization. LMD deals with the final step of the delivery process through its gig economy platform and plays crucial part of the supply chain that ensures efficient and effective delivery of products to customers. These roles are often viewed as complex roles that require skills such as precision, punctuality, and problem-solving skills, as it often involves navigating logistical challenges such as traffic, delivery location accessibility, and coordination. The role may also require interpersonal skills for customer interaction, and technological skills for using delivery software and devices. These roles are vital in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and ensuring timely deliveries.

What you'll do...

Project Management

  • Design Project Plans: Create detailed plans for projects, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Organize Project Timelines: Establish and manage schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Coordinate with stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement initiatives.
  • Develop Operational Processes: Recommend and establish effective processes.
  • Manage Requests and Timelines: Establish project requirements and communicate status, timelines, and resources.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan and execute the allocation of resources.
  • Deliver Projects: Finalize, approve, and deliver projects, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate Plans and Deliverables: Keep stakeholders informed about project status and deliverables.
  • Identify Root Causes: Analyze issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven recommendations.

Decision Support

  • Data Analysis: Source, organize, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Business Trends: Provide insights on current and future trends.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with business goals.

Implementation of Business Solutions

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships.
  • Innovation and Tools Development: Develop new tools for site selection and improve methodologies.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Store Activation Innovations: Develop and implement new innovations for store activation.

Revenue Generation and Cost Management

  • Project Management: Oversee activities that generate revenue and reduce costs.
  • Data Integration and Analysis: Research and integrate data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Judgment and Prioritization: Use judgment to prioritize assignments and ensure data accuracy.

Development and Improvement of Tools

  • Direction and Input: Provide input on project requirements and solutions for complex problems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
