Manager, Operations - Van Delivery Communications
The Manager, Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting the InHome and Dedicated Van Delivery driver teams. This role is essential for providing communications and related content at the right time, modality and depth to ensure driver safety and performance.
The role is based in Bentonville, AR.
Key Responsibilities
• Driver Comms: Manages high quality communications for InHome Van Drivers and leaders through multiple modalities by understanding user personas and strategies. Understands Driver Persona, ability to create executive level slides and presentation, ability to polish and adhere to Walmart brand standards, etc.

• Process Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery process, with a strong focus on safety and technology.
• Hands-On Leadership: Actively ensure that process changes are executed rapidly, and knowledge base articles are updated promptly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts from various departments including operations, product, HR, legal, compliance, call center, and engineering.
• Driver Representation: Acknowledge that our InHome are the face of the InHome program, making deliveries either to customers' doorsteps or inside their homes. Ensure they have the necessary support while on the road.
• Analytical skills: Analyze associate data, feedback, and metrics to derive meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions that enhance the associate and customer journey

• Problem-solving skills - you can identify and address associate issues, resolve conflicts, and find creative solutions to pain points
• Leadership abilities - leadership qualities are essential to lead the associate experience team, driving associate-centric initiatives, and influencing positive change within the organization

• Developing and implementing associate experience strategies, initiatives and communications
• Analyzing associate feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensuring consistent and positive associate interactions across all touchpoints
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance associate satisfaction
• Monitoring delivery metrics and reporting to impacted areas, leaders and officers
• Identifying and owning process improvement for issues impacting the business
• Full support of senior leadership on future tasks and initiative
• Creating operating models for planned, unplanned, and urgent comms
• Extensive experience with communications, content development, website management, executive presentations, etc.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
