As the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you will play an instrumental role in guiding our growth trajectory. By identifying opportunities and developing strategies, you will help us harness the potential of the market and shape the future of our business. You'll Make an Impact By:
- Developing Business Cases and Strategy for New Initiatives: In partnership with account managers, incubate new opportunity areas, digging into data and identifying seller anecdotes in support of new initiatives. Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Long Term Strategy : Support with long-range planning to ensure our business aligns with projected market trends and consumer demands . Utiliz e various tools and resources to gather data, analyze trends, and develop strategies
- Launch Growth Initiatives: Partner with seller planning teams to analyze the KPIs required for success of new initiatives and embed these metrics into divisional reporting. Work with cross functional teams to launch new initiatives.
- Operating with Excellence: Set an example in managing to KPIs, developing high quality presentations, and developing yourself and others. Champion change and evolution, persuade through use of data and facts, inspire others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, or related disciplines. An MBA is desirable.
- Extensive experience (3-5 years) in strategy and business consulting is preferred.
- Experience in eCommerce and online Marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Experience leading discussions with a cross functional audience (category, channel, Finance)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field or 4+ years of experience in retail planning , strategy , finance, or related area.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
