Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart Marketplace is currently seeking a Manager of Logistics Marketing to accelerate seller adoption of logistics services. This is a key role that supports Walmart Fulfillment Services, Seller Fulfilled Solutions, LocalFinds, and other fulfillment offerings to third-party sellers.

The successful candidate should be data-driven, with a strong background in strategy and communications, a track record of bringing new initiatives to market and the demonstrated ability to successfully partner with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all logistics marketing, fostering seamless collaboration between business unit and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Events, GTM, Digital Media, and Seller Growth.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, engagement, growth and retention for logistics services including determining channel activations, timing, and messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations & Creative teams to execute against annual marketing plans, while maintaining editorial calendar.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns, develop monthly & quarterly business review reports, and present performance results back to business.
  • Conduct experiments with creative, messaging, audience targeting to optimize channel performance and scale insights effectively.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design personalized lifecycle marketing strategy to acquire, engage, grow, and retain sellers.
  • Collaborate with Digital Media team on paid advertising and Channel Partner marketing strategy and execution.
  • Partner with internal research team to refine marketing strategy, positioning statements, and more. Provide research-backed recommendations for strategic marketing decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into broader business strategies.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

  • 4+ years of project management, demand generation, paid advertising, and product marketing experience within digital marketing department or agency
  • You have experience in automating B2B lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of creative development capabilities and SLAs
  • You have high standards for writing, grammar, and attention to detail.
  • You are a self-starter and have strong interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills. You’re organized, disciplined and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to create clarity in ambiguous circumstances, including in stakeholder conversations at the onset of a new project, gathering requirements or managing through revision

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
