Position Overview
The Talent Management team within Global Talent and Learning is seeking a Manager to support our Executive Coaching and High Potential Development programs. This high-visibility role involves project managing Executive Coaching engagements and assisting in the design and planning of immersive development experiences. In this position, you will collaborate internally at an executive level with our senior leaders and their executive assistants, partner with external vendors, and work closely with people partners.
Responsibilities Include...
Executive Coaching
- Coaching Management: Drive partnerships with vendors to secure services and support for coaching
- Project Management & Leadership: Own and drive processes in Wrike (our project management tool)
- Contract Management: Ownership and oversight of executive coaching contracts in partnership with GTL PMO team
- Data Analysis: Summarize and present insights on usage, value, and process metrics related to coaching engagements
- Change Agent: Create strategic plans and project timelines, and influence stakeholders and decision-makers
High Potential Development Programs
- Assist in the design, planning and facilitation of immersions for ELX and BLX programs
- Partner with TA to unlock opportunities for top talent within HiPo programs
- Manage nomination and selection process of HiPo programs
The Skills You'll Bring...
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project management, including proficiency with project management tools.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills to interact with senior leadership.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Data Analysis skills: Comfortable collecting, organizing, analyzing, and/or creating visualizations of data, to support operational decision-making, strategic planning, process improvement, and other initiatives.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: A keen eye for identifying opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Relationship Building: Strong capability to build and maintain relationships. Concurrently managing multiple relationships expeditiously and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Highly collaborative and able to maintain partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Eagerness for Improvement: Interest in project management with a drive to improve and streamline processes.
- Program Management Experience: Experience in program management, metrics reporting, and executive communications.
- Action-Oriented: Strong execution skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Operational Improvement: Manage the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
