Responsibilities:
- Supervise associates by maintaining confidentiality, conducting performance evaluations, and making hiring recommendations.
- Ensure associates respond effectively to emergencies, outages, alarms, and incoming calls.
- Oversee proactive measures for energy savings, sustainability initiatives, and customer service satisfaction.
- Maintain project oversight by coordinating changes, managing costs, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Manage the execution of environmental compliance practices.
- Develop and manage financial planning processes for both operational and capital expenditure.
- Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
