What you'll do...
Manager, Business Development
As a Business Development Manager of Channel Partnerships, you will take part in owning the onboarding strategy and client-relationship for a select group of high-value Solution Providers. It will be your responsibility to identify Solution Providers with high quality sellers and innovative offerings that can benefit Walmart Marketplace third party sellers. These Solution Providers play an integral part of seller success and growth, making the Channel Partnerships team a significant part of the Marketplace ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. At least 2 years' experience in business development, business management, channel merchandising, sales or related area.
- 2-3 years of E-Commerce experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management AND/OR working with product.
- Exceptional organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
- Experience in or knowledge of APIs.
- Experience in managing end to end sales cycle from prospecting, pipeline management & progression, and closing of new business opportunities.

Employ a "one team" approach to accomplish the goals of the business and drive negotiations from a "win-win" perspective that establishes credibility and trust with our partners and delivers consistently improved performance.
- Delivering against Incubation KPI's - Influencing adoption of Marketplace best practices, launching accounts in high volume and on time, and positioning seller success for optimal GMV attribution.
- Autonomous Work: Take ownership and be responsible for management of the above and action with limited manager oversight.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10883:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
