Position Summary...

What you'll do...

This role is a bilingual (French-Canadian/English) Call Center, Call and Case support for Canada Human Resources and Payroll inquiries for Walmart. This role will deal with sensitive information and issues that will need to be handled in accordance with the knowledge resources available. Associates in this role should be able to multitask as they will be documenting and completing cases while on the phone with a caller. Associates in this role should be empathic in accordance to Walmart's core values as many situations are sensitive in nature and can impact associates, customers, and candidates pursuing a role with Walmart.

Skills for this role:

Ability to do monetary, or date/time calculations: Associates handle basic compensation and payroll issues. Ability to understand how a pay period works is necessary for some resolutions.

Ability to multitask with Technology: Associate should be able to utilize a computer, headset, mouse keyboard and other accessories to listen, document, research and communicate effectively with customers.

Fluent in French-Canadian Quebecois (reading and writing) , Fluent in English (reading and writing). Needs to be able to communicate with both English and French Speaking candidates. Business communication and articles are written and communicated in English.

Ability to be empathetic to customers' needs this is to ensure a proper understanding of each customer query's and provide a positive customer experience,

Preferred Experience within a call center, payroll, or HR setting. Will handle issues related to Hiring, terminations, performance, pay, and compensation.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
