As a Graphic Designer on the Global Employer Brand team, you’ll craft visuals that connect with talent and bring our Employer Brand to life across social media, digital ads, billboards, web experiences, events, and more. Your designs will shape how the world sees Walmart as a place to grow, thrive, and belong. You’ll also be the brand guardian for the talent space, ensuring that our Recruitment Marketing team and hiring initiatives stay visually compelling, on-strategy, and candidate-first. About the Talent Attraction team:
Walmart’s Talent Attraction Team is made up of three core teams: Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing and Talent Sourcing and sits within the overall Walmart Talent Acquisition team. Our purpose is simple – inspire millions to want to work at Walmart.

What you'll do...
- Own and execute creative design work across social media, digital ads, billboards, events, and more, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s enterprise brand.
- Guide Recruitment Marketing’s creative direction, ensuring a consistent and impactful application of our employer brand.
- Collaborate with the UX team to enhance candidate-first web experiences, managing visuals through the career site CMS while ensuring alignment with broader UX/UI strategies.
- Empower talent teams by creating branded design templates in Canva and other tools, ensuring scalable, on-brand visuals.
- Stay ahead of design trends, evolving our visual storytelling to keep Walmart’s employer brand fresh, modern, and engaging.
What you’ll bring
- Experience as a Brand Designer, with expertise in designing for digital, print, video, websites, and social media.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) with hands-on experience in Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design.
- Experience managing web experiences through a CMS, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing candidate journey.
- Ability to translate enterprise brand guidelines into the employer brand space, adapting creative assets to resonate with candidates while maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to guide internal teams and partner with external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Bonus: Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools to enhance employer brand storytelling.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
