What you'll do...

Walmart People Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technical Program Management. You will be responsible for leading People Tech's key Payroll initiatives, managing and leading collaboration with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams.

What you'll do:

This is a vital role with significant growth prospects. You will drive the success of complex, cross functional projects and programs within the People Tech Payroll domain. Some of this role key responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Principal Technical Program Managers
  • Project planning, scoping, dependency alignment, and scheduling
  • Leads and brokers agreement on end-to-end, high-level system /solution design of medium/high-complexity systems through an understanding of end-to-end systems.
  • Coordinate project teams and stakeholders
  • Track project progress and performance
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
  • Guides and influences program participants/stakeholders to focus on decision points, options for end outcomes, and solutions that unblock/de-risk and keep programs on track.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$312,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
