Position Summary...
The Director, People for Facility Services will serve as a key strategic advisor to a growing and transforming business, driving large-scale transformation and/or change, while leading a team of people partners. This role is a critical extension to the business, ensuring our people practices and processes align to the broader people strategy. This individual will provide the necessary tools and insights, and drive workforce planning, talent management practices, organizational design and change management activities. This role will be responsible for driving the people strategy across a team of approximately 8,000 field and home office associates.
What you'll do...
- Understand strategic business goals and objectives, advise on the execution of organizational change initiatives, and assess human resources implications of various strategies.
- Direct the consistent execution of the company’s human resource practices, systems, and personnel-related activities by auditing HR practices, analyzing reports, creating action plans, conducting onsite observations and investigations, and developing HR methodology and process training programs.
- Direct human resource and business data analysis by collaborating with cross-functional partners, conducting data analysis, identifying and escalating risks, making data-driven recommendations, and administrating collaboration tools.
- Direct compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies by staying current on regulations, implementing HR compliance, and ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Analyze business objectives, develop and implement business strategies and plans, analyze costs and forecasts, evaluate operational processes, measure outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps, recruiting, developing talent, supporting mentorship, and leveraging new and existing talent.
- Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards by integrating values into programs, developing consequences for violations, and supporting the Open Door Policy.
- Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to achieve business goals by sponsoring community outreach initiatives, engaging key stakeholders, and supporting associate efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
