Responsibilities:
- Execute High-Profile Audits: Lead and manage complex audits that enable the business to identify risks before they manifest.
- Risk Management: Focus the audit process to yield clear risk reduction and benefit to the business.
- Leadership: Lead by example, communicate risks effectively, and influence and enable stakeholders to mitigate those risks.
- Holistic Operations: Analyze day-to-day operations through a holistic lens, positioning yourself as an informed partner.

- Ambiguity Management: Ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and lead the team through multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

- Data Analytics Expertise: Consistently apply data analytics approaches to drive efficiencies, assess and monitor risks, develop audit plans, build, and analyze hypotheses to solve complex business problems or assess processes and controls in an audit context, and recommend action plans.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
