What you'll do...
We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, and measuring progress.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives in the Manufacturing Dairy Plant to achieve operational excellence, reduce costs, and improve productivity. This includes developing and implementing process improvements, leading root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities for lean manufacturing principles. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, develop and implement solutions, and measure and track results.

What You'll Do :
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements, including lean manufacturing principles, to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of the plant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, develop and implement solutions, and measure and track results.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost savings.
- Develop and manage the plant's continuous improvement roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to plant employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement principles and methodologies, including lean manufacturing, six sigma, and total quality management.
- Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve operational excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to drive results.

The annual salary range for this position is $79,000.00-$169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering OR 4 years' technical experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
Certified Lean Practitioner.
