The Client Services Team provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we bring the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services. We are trusted partners to Visa’s clients, providing expertise to support and successfully grow their business.

Within Client Services, the Client Lifecycle Operations (CLO) team in Europe is made up of Licensing & Co-Brand and Client Onboarding & Card Design. CLO team provides operational support to clients, entailing specialised knowledge regarding Visa licenses, agreements, and rules. Our clients include financial institutions, third party processors, non-traditional clients and FinTechs

The Co-Brand team reviews and approves Co-Brand applications across Europe. This involves checking the eligibility of both the BIN Sponsor and Co-Brand partner and uploading the information in the appropriate Visa systems.

What you will be doing: 

  • Review / assess/ process E2E Co-Brand applications
  • Present / attend and chair management meetings / forums
  • Participate in E2E process improvement initiatives and transformation projects
  • Interact with clients, be comfortable with tools and systems, reviewing applications, following processes and working across various teams
  • Support the Senior Manager within Cobrand but also be required to work independently
  • Provide escalations to the Senior Manager and proactively come up with resolution plan
  • Performs due diligence checks on applications from BIN Sponsor/Co Brand partner(s) to ensure eligibility to participate in the programme
  • Ensure cases are met within internal KPIs
  • Be the first point of contact for any query related mater
  • Provide support and training for Analysts within the team
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demand
  • Share and leverage best practices across the team
  • Engage core ecosystem functions to support the clients on various Co-Brand applications (Client Services, Visa Rules, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Technology teams)
  • Review / assess and create E2E Co-Brand process documentations
  • Occasionally leading priority programmes that are required to help create capacity

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and able to work to tight deadline and operate within a high demand environment
  • Quick learner, comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Focus on continuous improvement and ability to identify opportunities
  • Growth mindset and results oriented and able to drive delivery of solutions
  • Advanced Excel skills required with strong analysis ability
  • Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical issues and apply to business solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to articulate complex technical terms or processes into business language
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across peers, functions, geographies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal tools
  • Experience in working cross-culturally and in remote situations
  • Effective professional level English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work creatively with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and demands
  • Strong understanding and experience of electronic payments, transaction processing networks, issuer processing, etc.

Preferred:

  • Relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or  experience in the payments and banking industry with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)
