  • Prepare program/project charter package documentation, compliance reporting, forecast updates, change controls as well as change and risk impact assessments.
  • Maintain program/project level tracking and reporting of status, risks, budgets and forecasts, including explanations for variances.
  • Maintain metrics to reflect progress for key initiatives.
  • Work on positively influencing customers, vendors and stakeholders, and properly manage conflicting or divergent expectations.
  • Improve team processes that accelerate innovation, reduce costs, and/or improve quality.
  • Bring customer focused mindset with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Work effectively with virtual teams located in global time zones and with differing cultures .
  • Position reports to the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office and may allow for partial telecommuting. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a program analyst or project analyst-related occupation.
  • Deployments of IT infrastructure and systems (compute, storage, database, middleware, and network) to global data centers;
  • Deployments of SOE Linux, Unix or Windows technologies;
  • Deployments of VM Ware or other virtual computing technologies;
  • Delivering capacity planning and tech refresh initiatives, including software (OS or DB) and hardware platform upgrades across multiple environments, networks and data centers;
  • Deployments leveraging Hybrid or Private Cloud;
  • Waterfall and Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, XP, Lean or Kanban; and
  • MS Project, Clarity, Jira Align and Jira tools.

Additional Information

Worksite: Highlands Ranch, CO

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $96,600.00 USD to $149,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
