Job Description

Visa is looking for a dedicated  associate to join the Bogota office, providing essential administrative support to the Group Country Manager handling meetings, calls, requests, analyzing solutions, etc. In this role, you'll handle employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent treatment. You'll provide cross-functional support by responding to policy questions, handling accommodations, addressing general inquiries and tracking their progress while managing various projects and programs.

As the first point of contact for inquiries, you'll assist employees, managers, Corp Comms and HR professionals with their needs. You'll also collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion team to provide data reporting and analytics, and support initiatives to drive our D&I strategy.

This role reports to the Andean Region Group Country Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated strength in developing complex PowerPoint presentations.
  • Customer service-focused with ability to work collaboratively with others including interacting with internal and external contacts.
  • The ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment with little supervision.
  • Demonstrated strength in multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
  • Provide support to Corp Comms and People team members for expected reporting on team priorities/initiatives, and specific actions for Employee Engagement.
  • Support establishment and maintenance of a centralized repository of Employee Engagement information and resources.
  • Manage the monthly segmentation of the Employee Reports and share it timely to People and Corp Comms teams.
  • Conduct workplace reviews for complex situations, demonstrating effective listening and empathy, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify root problems/causes, and recommend actions to resolve
  • Effectively and timely respond to questions related to policy, performance management, accommodations, and general inquiries
  • Maintain required documentation, including intake and investigative notes, supporting documents and final reports
  • First point of contact to handle inquiries (including system troubleshooting) from employees, managers and HR professionals
  • Assists with vendor support
  • Scan, store and retrieve employee work documents
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Manage all phone calls and respond in a timely manner (on IVR)
  • Support the relationship with suppliers

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
•Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications
•Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
•Strong Microsoft Excel experience in creating databases, pivot tables, merging large data files/documents, and creating complex reports
•Experience compiling data and making recommendations
•Data visualization and/or collaboration tools experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
•Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong, operational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be a team player, manage multiple projects and possess a strong knowledge of diversity metrics and analytics.
