- Enhance and maintain existing automation test tools based on Java, C# and Python, as applicable.
- Investigate bugs using various available tools such as JIRA.
- Support production deployment activities and global business enhancement releases.
- Work with cybersecurity to ensure all security vulnerabilities are remediated within Required Resolution Date.
- Respond to inquiries from users and technical support regarding functions and operations of software programs.
- Identify process improvements, error trends and/or the root causes and make recommendations for remedies to colleagues and management.
- Support cross-functional teams in integrated test efforts.
- Support emergency test activities for code patch addressing production issues.
- Implement standard processes, tools, and metrics to deliver large-scale projects from inception to conclusion that meet quantifiable business objectives.
- Conduct business and technical analysis, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Implement and produce technical documentation of solutions for new development, system enhancements, and production support.
- Design, build, develop, test and/or implement software applications.
- Design, develop, and implement modifications and corrections to existing software, including the development of debugging routines.
- Perform regular check-ins to continuous integration of systems and/or software applications.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and work with systems analysts, project managers, QA and other developers to implement business requirements while applying the latest available tools and technology.
- Work under direct supervision to ensure on-time delivery of projects, production support plans, and knowledge transfer for long-term supportability of upgrades, enhancements, and deployments.
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for VIP application from business requirements and conceptual documents with a focus on coverage, performance and automation.
- Establish and maintain structured testing methodology, especially around automation and Collaborate with Product & System Architecture teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.
- Develop automation framework to automate test processes.
- Trace through Visa-net Integrated Payments application’s code to identify root cause of issues and recommend solutions.
- Implement standard processes, tools and metrics to deliver large-scale projects from inception to conclusion that meet quantifiable business objectives.
- Position reports to the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineer-related occupation.
- Python.

Additional Information
Worksite: Highlands Ranch, CO
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $100,000.00 USD to $155,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
