Job Description

  • Objectives of this role

  • Be the Senior Product Owner for Data and Analytics from a CRM perspective.
  • Implement Enhancements through the Agile process.
  • Defining Product Features.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Collaborating with Development Teams: Working closely with Data engineering and Analytics teams to develop and enhance the CRM Ecosystem.
  • You are an expert at seeing data patterns within a batch-driven Wealth client data ecosystem.
  • Identify data patterns within a batch-driven Wealth CRM data ecosystem.
  • Work and connect from a PO perspective, Data complex environments, all while showcasing our future-state and work on scale the data architecture.
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure data quality and integrity in CRM and Client Care Platforms.
  • Build and own the product vision and roadmap that aligns with the overall Data Strategy across CRM and AI Implementation.
  • Significantly upskilling the analytics capability, building requirements and collaborate with the solutions on the Analytics Scrum team.
  • Determine the ways to integrate the analytics with businesses and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying the right KPIs to measure and provide insights across CRM to your peers to deliver data driven improvements.
  • Prioritizing Development.
  • Analyzing User Behavior: Using data to understand how users are interacting with the CRM system and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing Stakeholder Expectations: Regularly communicating with stakeholders about the progress of CRM development and implementation.
  • Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role. 
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.  
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.  
  • Writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 
  • Deep understanding of data management. 
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Product management skills: developing, managing and prioritizing a roadmap and backlog, considering competing business needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, partner management, or product management in the payments, fintech, or technology industry. 
  • Demonstratable experience leading, building and managing CRM product strategies, roadmaps and implementing those roadmaps.  
  • Demonstrated leadership, managerial and multi-disciplinary team collaboration capabilities.  
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and MSFT Dynamics 365 (Service or Sales module).  
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role as part of a matrix operational environment. 
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.  
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong presentation, public speaking skills to senior executives and written communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills along with project management and planning skills. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and partners. 
  • Proven track record of delivering results, managing complex projects, and supporting cross-functional teams. 
  • Analytical, and creative thinker, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,900.00 to 192,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
