Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic relationships with concierge vendors, ensuring exceptional service delivery tailored to affluent and super affluent customer needs
  • Develop and execute strategies for delivering exclusive experiences, including limited-access events and unique opportunities, in collaboration with Visa’s Marketing team and sponsorship assets
  • Create and manage a bespoke dining program designed to appeal to affluent and UHNW customers, featuring partnerships with top-tier restaurants, chefs, and unique culinary experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate lifestyle and concierge services into Visa’s broader product portfolio, ensuring alignment with regional product goals
  • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and maintaining the highest service standards
  • Identify market trends and customer insights to continuously innovate and enhance the value proposition for affluent clients
  • Work with Visa’s Marketing and Sponsorship teams to design and execute unique events, such as backstage access, private meet-and-greets, and personalized activations tied to Visa’s sponsorships (e.g., sports, entertainment, fashion)
  • Curate limited experiences for UHNW customers, including access to private events, bespoke travel arrangements, and exclusive cultural or leisure activities
  • Partner with vendors to conceptualize and deliver limited-access experiences that reflect the unique needs of affluent segments
  • Develop a comprehensive dining program tailored for HNW and UHNW customers, leveraging relationships with premium restaurants, celebrity chefs, and culinary brands.
  • Design unique dining experiences, such as chef’s table events, exclusive menus, and access to restaurant openings or private dining spaces
  • Collaborate with Visa’s Marketing team to promote the dining program as a key differentiator for affluent and super affluent segments
  • Oversee vendor partnerships to ensure alignment with Visa’s product strategy, negotiating agreements that deliver exceptional value for affluent clients
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with concierge vendors to track performance, gather feedback, and plan future initiatives
  • Monitor customer engagement with concierge programs, including usage, redemptions, and satisfaction metrics
  • Provide regular reports on the financial performance and ROI of concierge partnerships and exclusive experiences

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred)
•7+ years of experience in product management, customer experience, or lifestyle/luxury roles, with a focus on affluent and UHNW customers
•Proven track record in creating bespoke experiences and managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance oversight
•Experience in developing and executing dining or lifestyle programs
•Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
•Familiarity with concierge service providers and experience leveraging sponsorship assets
•Knowledge of LAC markets and affluent consumer behavior
•Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and navigate complex organizational structures
•Interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility
•Team oriented, collaborative and flexible
•Fluent/native in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
