Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced content creator to join our product transformation and operations team. This role requires a unique blend of product management and design expertise, paired with a knack for crafting compelling narratives and delivering engaging learning sessions. You will collaborate across different business units, and cross-functionally with global and regional counterparts within and outside product (e.g., finance, pricing, risk, technology, client services, sales). You will focus on designing content to help the business learn to develop more fit-for-purpose products. You will design and deliver engaging learning sessions with product and technology team across Visa. These activities are aligned with the greater objective of becoming a more effective and higher performing product organization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Leverage your deep understanding of product management and human centered design to create engaging, informative, and educational content around product management practices
  • Translate complex product development concepts into digestible, accessible information
  • Tell captivating stories through your content to engage our audience, inspire action, and drive results
  • Work closely with our product, technology, and design teams to identify pain points and provide clarity
  • Ensure all content aligns with our strategic objectives to develop a more effective product organization
  • Continuously measure and optimize content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, risk, client services to ensure our content meets the needs of all stakeholders
  • Design and delivery engaging learning sessions that help drive the behavior change for the broader product and technology transformation
  • Parter with the central PLM team to deliver enhancements of PLM across Visa

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • 8 + years of product management experience
  • A deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, understandable content.
  • Proven experience as a content creator, with a portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to tell engaging stories
  • Background in design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Artistic and creative
  • An evangelist and a storyteller

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 133,000.00 to 192,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
