Job Description

Visa’s global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of small businesses, growth corporates, large corporations and governments. As technology rapidly develops to increase efficiency in electronic payments, Visa is at the forefront serving the growing demand for innovative B2B, B2C and P2P payment solutions.  The Senior Manager Money Movement Sales, CISSEE will support the Money Movement team to seek out, execute and implement sales and post-sales activities of Visa B2B Connect and Visa Direct to Account/Wallet solutions with a key focus on the growth of the Visa B2B Connect network. The individual will hunt out opportunities, draft and write proposals, RFI & RFP responses, negotiate & complete commercial terms, contracts and agreements. They will support the team with planning and attending, client events and conferences, and liaising with Marketing and Communication to create and deliver regional promotional activities and plans.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 10 years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 5 years with an advanced degree (e.g. MBA, MSc, PGD)
Preferred Experience & Skills:
• Work experience must demonstrate experience in correspondent banking, treasury management, transaction banking or financial institutional advisory, having performed product sales or client-facing commercialization roles. Experience in cash management deal structuring is preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate and SME banking with clear understanding of payment flows, platforms, systems and SaaS, mobile, API and architecture in the payments industry, with business development and deal structuring experience.
• Fluent in English with advanced spoken and written ability. Skilled at holding client conversations to clearly articulate technical solutions and the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable manner with experience in stakeholder education and training delivery.
• Knowledge of dedicated markets, regional regulatory constraints, competitive landscape and related dynamics.

• Self-starter with a bias toward action and proven track record for successfully commercializing technology products.
• Strong empathy for customers and understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
• Possess a high level of professionalism and leadership skills to build business relationships, trust and respect with business partners and suppliers.
• Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation necessary.
