  • Manage existing fraud detection products and prevention solutions while developing enhancements to these products and delivering solutions focused on risk and authentication.
  • Assess global market trends, evaluate potential product opportunities, and recommend market entry strategies.
  • Contribute to the product vision and delivery, including managing functional requirements, feature prioritization, product operations, and on-going product management.
  • Partner with internal groups to evaluate and articulate the value/business proposition of new products and be highly consultative to Visa’s client facing teams and regional product leads on the best way for clients to take advantage of Visa’s new products and solutions.
  • Support the deployment of Visa’s authentication products and Visa’s payment authentication solution globally.
  • Lead the execution of short-term, intermediate, and long-term strategic business development plans for Visa’s payment authentication and new risk products.
  • Support product development lifecycle from strategic planning, commercialization, development, and ongoing management.
  • Lead efforts with Visa regional product leads and cross-functional team members to develop the product assets and commercialize Visa solutions.
  • Identify and build relationships with internal and external partners to successfully manage and deliver high quality products and solutions.
  • Stay abreast of competitor products, ensure Visa products are differentiated and solve client’s greatest needs while reducing fraud and increasing authorization.
  • Capture, develop, and deliver ideas/processes that improve Visa’s patent portfolio.
  • Up to 10% domestic travel is required.
  • Position reports to the Employer’s Washington, DC office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Manager-related occupation.
  • Product development methodologies.
  • Transforming business ideas into detailed requirements that enable technology teams to deliver new products or product enhancements based on business needs.
  • Data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Managing simultaneous tasks and projects with multiple workstreams.

Additional Information

Worksite: Washington, DC

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements:  Up to 10% domestic travel is required.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is from $132,900.00 USD to $212,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
