  • Be responsible for growing a critical managed services pillar that provides services to clients to plan, manage, and execute strategic business processes and programs more effectively.
  • Lead highly specialized teams to carry out large multi-year migrations of commercial card clients from one payment platform to another
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Visa Managed Services in North America.
  • Ideate, develop, price, sell and oversee the delivery of services that improve client’s operational and business process performance.
  • Tailor new and existing services to meet client's needs. Uncover client needs, challenges, and opportunities with respect to managed services. Present solutions to clients that address their needs.
  • Identify and collaborate with third-party partners who can complement and supplement solution sets.
  • Develop bespoke and scalable products leveraging Visa assets and as needed, third-party partner assets.
  • Define the value proposition and develop sales collateral, including sales presentations.
  • Manage and maintain the P&L, encompassing revenue, expenditure, profit margin, and business development pipeline.
  • Position has direct reports.
  • Domestic travel required 20% of the time.
  • Position reports to the New York, NY office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a business-related occupation.
  • B2B business development and consultative selling skills, including identifying client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with corporate clients.
  • Conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Ideating, developing, pricing, and selling new and existing services and products.
  • Communicating complex concepts and value propositions to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Process engineering or re-engineering.
  • Financial acumen and P&L management skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Working with financial indicators to measure business performance. Significant focus on impacting ROI.
  • Making recommendations to clients and management through presentations or written reports.
  • People and client management skills, including managing, leading and coaching team members.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

 

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel required 20% of the time.

 

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $159,682.00 USD to $211,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
