Job Description

Visa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to join our Visa Consulting & Analytics team. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and developing high-impact, value-added projects that drive significant results for both the clients and Visa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
  • Develop and foster strong client relationships to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Visa.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions and projects that provide significant value to clients and enhance their business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior client executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to help clients navigate the payments landscape.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in consulting, with a strong track record of managing key client relationships and delivering impactful projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
- Experience in the payments industry or financial services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
