Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to

• Develop executive-level information security communications to enable risk-informed business decision-making.
• Ensure written deliverables are succinct, complete, defect-free, and geared to an executive audience.
• Responsible for managing projects or processes and providing guidance to other employees in job area.
• Lead quality control efforts to ensure the accuracy of executive reports comprised of large numbers of data points.
• Collaborate with technical staff and other key stakeholders to identify, define, collect, and report information security risk metrics relevant to business leadership.
• Coordinate proactively with stakeholders on metrics, reporting, and other tasks.
• Provide input to information security reporting and dashboards.
• Assist in implementation of processes and procedures for cybersecurity reporting and metrics activities.
• Research best practices and innovative approaches to enable assessment and communication of information security risk and metrics.
• Influence others within job sub-function regarding practices, procedures and policies.
• Position reports to the Employer’s Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst-related occupation.
• Penetration Testing, Identity and Access Management, or Security Architecture.
• Cybersecurity concepts like NIST, FAIR, and PCI along with fundamentals around the severity and criticality of identified security issues.
• PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, JIRA, and ServiceNow.

Additional Information

Worksite: Foster City, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $132,300.00 USD to $211,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
