Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Payment Products Development PMO, with a focus on Client Services. Our team is made up of prominent leaders who manage intricate, customer-facing, and enterprise-level software programs and projects.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee the program and project management for one or more complex, high-profile technology initiatives, utilizing an agile framework.
- Collaborate with business and technology experts to define scope, create resource, hardware, and software estimates, develop budgets and delivery plans, and produce funding approval documentation.
- Facilitate technical discussions with multiple teams, communicate complex issues, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to achieve the program and project objectives and success criteria.
- Partner with various stakeholders to conduct quarterly planning, conduct reviews, remove impediments, and manage change controls.
- Manage project financials, including alignment to budget, forecast, and actuals.
- Escalate and manage delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes that could impact project delivery.
- Ensure projects comply with the organization's Agile Methodology, compliance and controls, and maintain quality project artifacts.
- Establish a baseline communication plan and deliver timely communications tailored to appropriate audiences.
- Achieve project goals by collaborating with stakeholders at all management levels across the organization, including architects, strategists, technical IT subject matter experts, business partners, vendors, and senior management.
- Demonstrate skills in conflict management and negotiation to achieve project goals and develop trust with stakeholders.
- Foster teamwork and promote a culture of openness and flexibility.
- Exhibit a passion for continuous improvement opportunities and promote positive change within the organization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• In-depth knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Expertise in managing the implementation of extensive SDLC projects.
• Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to effectively manage issues and complex situations.
• Proficient in communicating complex technical and business issues and solutions to various organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks, ensure successful task completion, and influence without direct authority to achieve necessary goals.
• Capability to work independently while seamlessly integrating activities with other teams when needed.
• Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Clarity PPM, Tableau, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
• Experience leading Genesys or Microsoft Dynamics projects is an advantage.
• Agile Project Management certifications are preferred.
• A concentration in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,200.00 to 207,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
