Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the process of building and growing the advisory and data engagements with clients across the ecosystem as they seek sustainable solutions to deliver to their customers (consumer), clients (commercial) and merchants.

Contribute to the strategy of the practice that supports Visa’s clients in offering sustainable options for consumers, clients and merchants, and supports clients more broadly in their ESG strategy.
Play a key role in a cross-functional matrix, supporting interactions and collaboration with key stakeholders across internal Visa areas – including but not limited to: Account Executives, Advisory, Data, VMS and the VGS team.
Provide analysis on pipeline development and support the creation of go-to-market materials.
Be aware of the pipeline of sustainable solution client offerings including pricing, practice offerings and use cases.
Build an ecosystem of engaged VCA colleagues (champions) in each region. Whenever needed also with client and Account Executives to develop value propositions and deliver on client needs
Support other areas of VSS and VGS to achieve overall targets
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
-Industry related experience, with ideally at least 5 years of experience in business strategy and/or consulting and business development
- Deep understanding of and passion towards sustainability
- Knowledge and experience of the payments and/or banking industry
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully promote collaboration within the practise teams
- Excellent data analysis (excel) and PowerPoint skills for creating insights and materials for an executive audience
- Experience in being part of commercial teams, with identifying opportunities and developing solutions centred around client needs
- Demonstrated experience in analysing and interpreting market research, and taking prompt, decisive action to drive for success
