Job Description

  • Own and manage the tools that make up the Money Movement Solutions product stack and contribute to the development of a product tool kit, including but not limited to recommending optimal tools for prototyping, ideation and roadmapping, developing vendor relationships, maintaining different tools, and establishing best practices and processes for the use of these tools within the product organization. 
  • Take the lead on designing the success metrics of all products that fall under the Money Movement portfolio, using ROI analysis to prioritize product requirements and provide inputs to Product Managers to help drive roadmap decisions.
  • Develop definitions around key metrics to measure adoption, engagement, retention, churn, etc, and build out the calculation logic, identify data sources and deliver robust reporting and dashboards.
  • Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis, technical acumen, and sound judgement.
  • Create scalable operational processes, prepare product demos, documentation, and playbooks, factoring dependencies, competing priorities and resourcing plans to ensure timely execution against strategic objectives.
  • Lead client council workshops and partner with vendors and stakeholders to lead user research projects to understand client behavior, user interface and experience and build a robust framework to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with cross functional teams to lead data-driven projects, and regularly seek feedback from Product Managers to address and resolve data or tool kit usage related challenges.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications


• Years of relevant work experience in product operations, consulting, or related field.
• Prior Product Operations experience including familiarity with using product stack tools a plus.
• Deep analytical experience, SQL proficiency, advanced tableau, excel, complex data visualization/BI tools.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Self-starter with outstanding project and time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Ability to influence successfully in a matrixed and virtual organization.
• Understanding of payments industry, a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S indefinitely without sponsorship.
