Job Description

Visa Digital Platform Products team is on the forefront of Visa’s innovation, responsible for building digital platforms such as Visa Token Services and Visa Click to Pay (a.k.a., Secure Remote Commerce/SRC). This team is also responsible for setting standards in the payment industry level (EMVCo and W3C) for digital commerce. Platform product team is responsible for defining product requirements for Visa Click to Pay and Token products, collaborate with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, Product, Technology, Commercialization, UX Design/Research, Legal, Marketing, Branding, and different Visa Regional teams to build great products at scale and drive adoption.

Visa Click to Pay is built using the latest e-commerce industry specifications (EMV Secure Remote Commerce), that enables a simple, faster and more secure e-commerce checkout experience for Visa cardholders. With Visa Click to Pay, we are transforming the online checkout experience by providing a secure checkout experience online, removing the need to enter your 16-digit primary account numbers, look up passwords, or fill out long forms to make a purchase.

Essential Functions

Imagine being part of an agile team where your ideas transform the online checkout experience for millions of Visa cardholders globally. Visa Click to Pay Acceptance team is looking for Product Managers to join our diverse team, to build new product capabilities and enhancing existing ones. Our platform capabilities will be used by merchants, PSP’s and partners to enable integrated Click to Pay checkout experience in their Guest Checkout flows.

The product manager will be responsible for:

  • Define detailed business requirements and specifications for existing and new services and products.

  • Own and execute one or more product features by working closely with technology teams.

  • Manage, groom, plan and execute product backlog in a fast-paced agile environment.

  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and iterate product capabilities.

  • Focus on user feedback, metrics and stakeholder feedback.

  • Participate in user experience iterations and help conduct user research to test product enhancements.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Successful post college product or functional management experience, 2 years post Masters/MBA degree
  • Lead complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Drive projects in collaboration with product owners and leaders of all levels
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively
  • Develop product requirements, go-to-market plans, and product design documents (concept document, business case, product requirements)
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams e.g., regional teams, technology, client services, other product teams, risk, and other applicable groups) to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product area or feature.
  • Cultivate net new and unique insights from a combination of expertise in product area, internal feedback, external feedback and market research to provide perspective to the team and product management leaders to inform insights and decisions
  • Ability to work autonomously with ongoing supervision from manager and leadership.
  • Advocate for the customer and demonstrate customer empathy.
  • Translate customer needs into product goals and features, with deep focus on data/metrics.
  • Articulate vision, strategy, and success (e.g., OKRs), makes prioritization decisions for releases and roadmap.
  • Work closely with and enable product development team to ship great product features/enhancements.
  • Lead by influence, does not rule by hierarchy or authority.
