Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated senior manager to join the Digital Solution team and, in the first place, drive the commercialization and program management of Visas Win in Digital program in the UK and Ireland for the Sellers side. The role involves leading the go-to-market and roll-out of the Click to Pay (CtP) and Visa Instalments Solution (VIS) acquirer’s mandates, and solutioning for Click to Pay, VIS and other Digital solutions with PSPs (Payment Service Providers: Acquirers, Gateways Enablers) and strategic merchants.

Responsibilities include serving as the dedicated subject-matter expert for CtP, VIS as Digital Solutions for merchants and acquirers (e.g., technical understanding, specs), all changes required at the acquirer and merchant levels (such as technical integration, design changes, operational changes), and being the primary contact for account teams to support the development of the solution with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Click to Pay or equivalent (e.g., Digital Wallet, Token based transactions), a product experience on the seller side, as well as a strong understanding of the digital payments landscape in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the GTM strategy and commercialization plans for CtP and VIS across the seller side

  • Execute and monitor sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics, and ensure alignment with the global and regional objectives and key results (OKRs)

  • Work closely with MS&A/Strategic Partners teams, provide product expertise on CtP, VIS to PSPs, acquirer and merchants (incl. sales conversation, UX guide, integration support, pipeline building, etc.)

  • Manage UK&I sales pipeline across solutions (CTP drop-in, direct, VIS, etc.)

  • Maintain a technical understanding of the Digital solutions, including their roadmap, technical specs, upgrades, and new releases.

  • Work closely with Product Hub and innovation teams to shape product requirements based on merchants/acquirer feedback, and ultimately drive adoption

  • Work closely with Product marketing to develop sales materials, collateral and marketing outreach for clients, and tools to help AEs (i.e. playbook) 

  • Be the optimizer of UX across PSPs implementation, work with clients to align UX to our guide before CS works on the technical integration. 

  • Help PSPs develop their own GTM strategy and merchant enablement

  • Conduct training both internally (Account Executives) and externally (PSPs sales organization)

  • Provide post-sales support to early adopters (i.e. weekly discussion to ensure CtP working well and reporting on key metrics) 

  • Report and communicate progress, challenges, and achievements for the Win in Digital program internally, externally, and across executive levels

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
