Job Description

  • Develop and innovate new propositions in the travel segment by integrating our cross-border solutions to our card and account products.
  • Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA, NA, and APAC to understand client requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust strategy as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Organise and track pipeline of clients with the sales teams, keep the group focused, manage issues and escalations.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the subject matter expert on cross-border solutions.
  • Prepare internal and external collateral, create customer journeys, and present the client value proposition to effectively communicate our cross-border solution to clients.
  • Leverage data from GBI to develop and validate regional business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as an expert on B2B Travel client needs and trends, providing insights that can inform our product strategy and impact client business models.
  • Define key benefits, market differentiation, product strategy, customer value, and solution positioning across various travel verticals, markets, and regions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge in the B2B Travel payments space, including card and account payments
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to follow through on strategies and deliver tangible business results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills and a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across different markets and functional lines
  • Ability to manage a complex and varied workload, supporting multiple ongoing initiatives across different countries
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to extract data points and develop business cases
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action, advanced planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
