Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the development and implementation of data platforms that utilize Visa's data pool to provide valuable insights and solutions to merchants and other stakeholders.

Identify business needs and market potential to drive the strategic direction of our data platforms.
Oversee the implementation of data platforms across all 8 markets of the CEE cluster.
Business Development:
Drive sales and business development efforts to acquire and manage strategic merchant accounts for our data platforms.
Conduct market research to identify potential key merchants and develop targeted strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
Manage the P&L, ensuring financial targets and sales goals are met.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of data platforms.
Act as the main counterpart for the data platform to the Data Team, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration of data insights.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Monitor and analyze platform performance, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve and enhance our data solutions.
Ensure alignment with data management principles, governance, and quality standards across all projects.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5
years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2
years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Master degree preferred.
-Proven experience in managing and developing similar solutions, preferably within
the payments or financial services industry.
-Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data
quality standards.
-Excellent sales and business development skills, with a track record of acquiring
and managing strategic merchant accounts
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex
data and provide actionable insights
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
