Job Description

  • Key deliverables including identification of new Issuers and partners for launch and scale up of  Visa Commercial products in South Asia.
  • Identification and solutioning with fintech partners to implement new payment streams across Corporate, Purchasing and Business Card products
  • Design GTM Framework/sales collaterals
  • Regular management of VSCE platform, standard data delivery and value proposition for Visa Commercial Issuers.
  • The individual is responsible for managing 2 cluster in INSA i.e. Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka, Maldives. The role will interact and work in collaboration with various departments like CRM, MS&A, GE and market product leads in these market. Considering 5 countries, it requires deep understanding of all the markets along with the regulatory aspects.

Qualifications

What you will need:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Payments, Business/Retail Banking, Cards or Commercial/Consumer Financial Services. Understanding of digital trends and new age payment solutions is important.
• Competency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ability to interpret and extract data.
• Good understanding of Visa Products and services is a plus.

Business and Technical Skills
• Good client engagement and communication skills. Should be comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients, Visa, merchant and fintech partners.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, coupled with demonstrated negotiation and business development skills as the candidate requires to interact with senior professionals in financial institutions, Visa and alliance partners.
• Strong appreciation of technology and trends to be able to demonstrate thought leadership.
• Self-motivated, results driven, flexible, customer focused. Should be a strong team-player.
• Ability and experience of work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment is required.

What will also help:
• Execute initiatives required in India to meet key result areas.
• Recommend to key stakeholders the necessary structure, guidelines, and remedial action for initiatives to meet targets.
• Recommend to key stakeholder’s product development, platform enhancements and usage initiatives.
• Manage budgeted activities within designated time limits.
• Ensure compliance to Visa Inc policies and guidelines in relations to all Business products processes.
