CMS (Commercial and Money Movement Solutions) represents a key strategic growth area for Visa, as we seek to digitize commercial payments and money movement flows, supporting financial institutions, fintech and fintech enablers, corporates and governments. CMS delivers value through:

As a Senior Director for the VISA CMS team, you will provide technology leadership to build the next generation of B2B Payables and Visa Commercial Solutions Hub products. You will get the opportunity to work on complex distributed systems and lead massive scale projects centered on new payment flows while collaborating with product and architecture partners. You will lead strategic projects and manage development teams aligned to business strategy and contribute to GenAI innovation across the organization especially the Agentic AI initiatives.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•12+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 15+ years of
relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
•15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+
years of experience
•Expert in web service standards and related patterns (REST, gRPC)
•Proven knowledge of Generative AI /Agentic AI/ Data Science.
•Proven knowledge of successful design, architecture and development of Shared
Services and framework including Micro Services, Container Technologies,
Caching, API gateway and Security.
•Possesses a deep understanding of benefits/drawbacks of different integration
patterns.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 191,700.00 to 299,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
